The Ash Super Peel
Made from the wood of baseball bats! This is a White Ash version of our standard Super Peel. Same quality as our maple peel, just offering a different wood choice/look. These peels are manufactured at a community workshop located in Upstate NY, an amazing facility which we feel extremely fortunate to be working with. Super Peel Expander kit
Our customers have spoken, and we actually have been listening! Now, use your Super Peel to transfer several 20" French bread loaves or baguettes all at once, or pizzas up to 16" X 20" or 16" round! The Super Peel Expander Kit very simply attaches to all of our standard 14” Super Peels and increases the functional size to approximately 16" L X 20" W, nicely fitting the shape of home ovens.
Expander Kit includes a lightweight, aluminum edged, corrugated platen sheet; and a 19.5" wide transfer belt and all attachment hardware. Attaches and removes in a snap and stores easily between uses. Replacement platen sheets are available.
